Instructions for Poster Flash Presentation

Online presenters

1. Download the application for Zoom meetings before the symposium

2. Join the Zoom meetings before starting the Poster Flash at 13:30 on 28th Oct (Sat.). Zoom meetings
ID, Passcode, and URL are same to those used in the oral presentation (please see the announcement at the Linc Biz site).

3. Display your names in English in the Zoom meetings. Furthermore add the presentation number before your name (e.g., P35_Seita T. Watanabe).

4. Mute the microphone unless your presentation.

5. In your presentation, unmute the microphone and talk in 2 minutes. Your slides that have been already submitted are shared using the common PC equipped in the venue for PC monitors of online participants and the screen in the venue onsite. Therefore, you just talk via Zoom meetings.

6. No Q & A in the Poster Flash.

Onsite presenters

1. Onsite presenters will talk on the stage in the venue.
2. Your slide is stored in the common PC. Do not use your own PC.
3. Your presentation is carried in hybrid format via Zoom meetings.
4. No Q & A in the Poster Flash.
5. Please wait at the seat near the speaker’s platform before your presentation.
