Please use the online registration form to register for the symposium.

If the online registration form is difficult to be used, please download and use this registration form. Please fill out the form, and send it to the following address. [EAPDC2023registration] should be used as the subject of the e-mail.

Visa

If you need documents, i.e., letter of invitation, letter of guarantee, schedule of stay, overview of organization that are required for visa application, please inform us on your registration.

Please pay for the fee at the on-site registration desk. Only cash payments will be accepted.

[For domestic]
Please pay the registration and/or other fees to the bank account provided below BEFORE submitting online registration form.

Abstract submission for poster presentation

1. Download the template for abstract [docx] [pdf].
2. Write an abstract only in English within 1 sheet of A4 size. You can include figures and tables within the sheet.
3. Save the abstract as PDF and send it to the following address by an e-mail. ‘EAPDC2023abstract’ should be used as the subject of the e-mail.
4. If you have no reply within 3 days, please let us know.
